
Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil Grains with Creamy Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 pouch of French Harvest Organic Grains Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil
 - 2 medium-sized zucchinis, sliced
 - 1 jar of heavy cream (8.8 oz)
 - ¼ cup of honey mustard or 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
 - ¼ cup of chopped shallot
 - 1 tsp of olive oil
 - Salt and pepper
 
Preparation
- Cook the zucchinis in a pan with olive oil about 5/6 min.
 - In the meantime, prepare French Harvest Organic Grains Roasted Garlic & Olive oil as per package instructions.
 - In a small saucepan over low heat, mix the chopped shallot, the cream, the mustard, salt and pepper. Let simmer, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly.
 - Serve the grains with the zucchinis and the creamy mustard sauce.
